The award winning Sprana's FerSpec MAP is a dedicated FT-IR ATR process analyzer for inorganic fertilizer. User friendly interface is adapted for simple and quick use in process environment which means it is suitable not only for laboratory personnel, but also for operators.

Thanks to the new measurement and calibration approach, FerSpec MAP is unique in the current market, since it is able to do quantitative analysis simultaneously for more components in inorganic fertilizer than any other commercial analyzer currently available on the market can. The expected accuracy of quantification of various chemical components in inorganic fertilizer ranges from 0.2 to 0.5 % wt. depending on the application.

For Monoammonium Phosphate (MAP) the accuracy of P2O5, N and H2O quantification is 0.35, 0.3 and 0.3 % wt. respectively.

The Sprana's FerSpec MAP is an ideal process instrument for MAP production process monitoring and control, which can be used both at-line and/or in the laboratory. The analyzer is equipped with computer and specialized software. All what user needs to do is prepare sample, put it in and press the start button. Within 15-30 minutes (depending on application and required accuracy) analysis will be finished. All Sprana products go with free calibration services and support for 12 months.

Measured chemical components

The Sprana’s FerSpec MAP is an at-line FT-IR ATR process analyzer designed specifically for quantitative analysis of Monoammonium Phosphate (MAP). It can measure:

• Concentration of total Phosphate;

• Concentration of total Nitrogen;

• Concentration of water.

Performance

Connectivity

The analyzer is equipped with computer and specialized software for maximum utility. It can be integrated in any process control environment.

 

Maintenance

Consumable components are easily exchangeable. The instrument can be serviced quickly with no or minimal disruption of the production process.

Sprana has scientists and engineers who have an in-depth knowledge of the instrumentation and the application. The Sprana's FerSpec MAP process analyzer goes with free instrument calibration services and support for 12 months.

Software

The analyzer comes with all necessary software including the multivariate calibration model designed specifically for MAP analysis. The interface can be tailored according to the customer’s needs and requirements for quick and easy routine measurements (i.e. quantitative analysis) at-line or on-line.
